Frequently Asked Question

1. In the welcome page, click the Check Ticket Status button.

2. You will redirect to Ticket Status page.

3. You need to fill your email that you used on creating ticket and the ticket number.

4. If you forgot to get your ticket number, you need to login to your email and check your inbox and Find the subject New Ticket Alert, then you will get your ticket number.

5. After you fill the information needed, click the view ticket and you can check your ticket response.
