1. open a ticket and select the Help topic Email-Individual - Create or Email-Password-Reset.

2. Fill all required fields.

3. Once the ticket already create you will re-direct to the page with your ticket number reference.

4.  An agent will work and reply to your ticket.

5. Once your password was created, you will get and received the password to your Backyard messages.
