Why my Internet connection is slow?

There are few reasons why Internet connection is sometimes slow:
- ISP Problem
- Internal Network Problem (Hardware-related or misconfiguration)
- Desktops/Laptops that have not been shutdown nor restarted for a long period of time
Few solutions to resolve this issue:
- ISP/Internal Network Problem will be handle by Flash Express PH IT and ISP Company
- Restart your desktop/laptop or disconnect/reconnect if restart is not possible as of this moment
- If restart and disconnecting/reconnecting to Wi-Fi didn't resolved the issue, kindly download the attachment of this FAQ. Once downloaded, run the flushdns_release_renew.bat file. Said file will delete itself after the execution.
- If the problem still persist after performing above procedures, kindly raise a ticket and select Help Topic "Internet - Repair.
