How can I raise a ticket on osTicket?

1. You may access the IT Service Desk Portal by visiting the link below:
http://ithelpdesk.flashexpress.pub

2. Click "Open a New Ticket" to raise a ticket.

3. Make sure to key-in the correct details on “Contact Information” as the system will remember them in your first use. Select “Help Topic” according to your needs. We encourage everyone to use their corporate e-mail address in raising a ticket. For those personnel who doesn’t have their corporate e-mail accounts, kindly ask you Supervisor to raise a ticket using his/her corporate e-mail address.

4. To get your AnyDesk ID, you may download it by clicking the links provided on the portal.

Once downloaded, open it and copy the Anydesk ID located on the upper left part of the AnyDesk App. Please check highlighted in yellow.

5. Once completed all of the required details, click “Create Ticket” on the bottom part to submit your request. You will be redirected to Thank You Page and an e-mail will be sent to you as well. Congratulations on creating your first ticket!
